Music mogul Louis Walsh has vehemently denied allegations he indecently assaulted a man in a nightclub restroom in Ireland, insisting he ambition be "fully exonerated" later "a full inquiry".

The star, who serves as a justice on Simon Cowell’s British reality show The X Factor, is informed of groping a 24 annual age in the Krystle nightclub emulating a Westlife agreement in Dublin in April (11).

Police have collared Cctv footage from the hotspot and are investigating the allegations.

Walsh has oral out against the claims and agreed to co-operate with police to safeguard his name.

He tells Britain’s The Sun, "The allegations made opposition me are wholly disloyal and with no basis.

"I will happily co-operate fully with the police and am 100 per penny confident that after a full investigation I will be fully exonerated."

A spokeswoman as Walsh adds, "He vigorously denies all of the allegations. If contacted along the police he will willingly co-operate with anyone investigation. Louis categorically denies any wrongdoing and will fight to clear his appoint."
